Peanut Butter & Banana Vice Cream

(20mg THC per half cup serving)

Ingredients:

5-6 ripe bananas

1/2 cup peanut butter (chunky or smooth)

1 4oz jar of Wind Hill Growers Infused Organic Coconut Oil

1 cup of any flavor hemp, oat, nut or soy milk.

A pinch of ground nutmeg

A pinch of ground cinnamon

Step 1:

Cut the bananas into 1/2 inch slices, and lay them in a flat layer in a gallon freezer bag. Place them flat in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours up to overnight.

Step 2:

Put frozen bananas, peanut butter, milk and spices in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.

Step 3:

Warm the coconut oil so it is clarified but not too hot, you don’t want it melting the rest of your ingredients. add the clarified coconut oil and mix thoroughly and completely, as the coconut oil will solidify as it cools and then you'll end up with chunks and your dosage will be off.

Step 4:

Once all ingredients are blended and thoroughly mixed, put mixture back in the freezer for 15 minutes to a half hour. Then serve with your favorite ice cream toppings or on its own.

Recipe Yield: 3 cups.

Dosage: 20mg THC per 1/2 cup serving.

Tip: Garnish with chopped nuts or dark chocolate for added indulgence.
