2 Ingredient Homemade Chocolate

While in Guatemala, we made a DIY video showing how easy it is to make chocolate at home with just 2 ingredients: cacao nibs and sugar. It's simple, and you can get creative with it- we added nuts, sea salt, and chili to ours, but the possibilities are endless!

 

Ingredients

1 lb of cacao nibs

1 cup sugar

Chocolate Toppings

1. Food process nibs and sugar for about 20 minutes, until smooth.

2. Pour chocolate into molds.

3. Add your chocolate toppings.

4. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

5. Take chocolate out of the molds. Enjoy!
